01How much does postage cost?
We try to keep shipping affordable for everyone, so please enjoy our flat rate of $15 shipping within Australia.
02When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped Tuesdays & Fridays, sooner if anyone is heading into town as we know you will be excited to receive your packages from our farm.
03How long will my order take?
As we will be posting from our small locally owned post office in Capella Qld, delivery times can expect to take longer than metro services. Please be patient as this is not something we have control over.
04How do I track my parcel?
Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post and you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online here. Please understand that Peak View Farm cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in the mail.
05What if I live locally?
If you live locally to Capella, Emerald or Springsure we may be able to deliver your order with prior arrangement. Please send us a message to discuss when we are next coming your way and upon confirmation, enter the discount code LOCAL at the checkout to forgo the shipping expenses.
06What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Peak View Farm assume no responsibility for defects caused by misuse or negligence, however in the unfortunate event that you find fault with your order, please contact us via email at peakviewfarmqld@gmail.com within 10 days from receipt to discuss. Please include a photograph of the faulty item along with a copy of your receipt.
07What if I change my mind about my purchase?
Please note, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchange due to change of mind.
08What if Iβm eligible for a return?
If you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
