01 Becoming a Wholesale Customer
To join our wholesale family, simply submit a request through our website’s contact page and tell us a little about yourself.
02 Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum order value is $200 (plus postage) to submit an order.
03 Orders + Payment Terms
Once your wholesale application is approved, you’ll be granted access to our Wholesale Portal, where all orders must be placed and paid for in full at the time of ordering. If additional shipping charges apply (as outlined in Shipping Costs), a separate invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
Please note: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend or cancel it. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
04 Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 on all wholesale orders under 5kg and up to $500. Orders exceeding these limits may incur additional shipping charges. You’ll receive an email with an updated invoice for any extra shipping costs once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
05 Delivery Information
Shipping Days:
Monday and Thursday are our rural mail run days (or sooner if someone is heading into town—because we know you’ll be excited to receive your packages from our farm!).
Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days of receipt. If there’s ever a delay or issue with your order, we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Delivery Times:
Since we ship from our small, locally owned Australia Post Office in Capella, QLD, please note that delivery times may be a little longer than those from metro services. We truly appreciate your patience, as these delays are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number from Australia Post. You can track your order online here.
Shipping Responsibility:
Please understand that Peak View Farm cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost in the mail.
06 Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, is damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at peakviewfarmqld@gmail.com or by phone with your order number and details of the issue. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods, and returns need to be approved first. We’ll either replace the product or credit your account (minus postage costs).
